Low Carb Avocado Fries with Chipotle Mayo

1/4 cup grated parmesan
1 tsp water
1 egg
1/2 cup almond flour
2 firm avocados not quite ripe

  • First step is Heat oven to 450°. Line a baking sheet with a baking mat or parchment paper. Mix egg and water in a bowl and set aside. Mix the breading in another bowl and set aside.
  • And then, Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and carefully remove the pit. Peel the skin away from the avocado and have each half lay cut side down on the cutting board. Slice lengthwise to form 6 fries from each avocado half.
