Ingredients:
1 ounce Italian salad dressing mix
1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 cups beef broth
5 lbs chuck roast

Instructions:
  • First step is Season the beef with salt and pepper and sear in a large dutch oven over medium high heat until a dark brown crust forms on all sides (about 2 minutes on each side).
  • And then, Add the beef broth, dressing mix and pepperoncini peppers over the roast and cook in a 325 degree oven for 3 hours before shredding with forks.
