Ingredients:
extra flour for dusting
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 package (about 2 1/4 tsp) dried baking yeast
360 ml of water
500 g (about 3 3/4 cups) of flour

Instructions:
  • First step is On the evening before mix flour, yeast and salt in a medium bowl (at least 2.5 l volume) and add the water. Mix everything with a fork to a moist-sticky dough (do not knead, just so that everything is mixed).
  • And then, Leave dough for 2 hours at room temperature, then put in the fridge overnight.
